Process engineer

 To improve and balance the assembly line process by removing non value adding activities using Ergo UAS methodology.
 Conducting inspections of workspaces and tools to identify ergonomic improvements and risks, collaborating with workers and staff to update workspaces as needed.

 Make and run daily production plan via coordinating with packaging line and logistics departments also Coordinate with regional demand planning team and make monthly production plan performing demand risk assessment.
 Own making department Quality Pillar and achieve 100% quality in-process and out-process results
 Manage and plan local and imported noodles inventory and share weekly report with PLT(Plant Leadership team)
 Own and ensure PCS (Process Control System) should remain within limit and review MI after every 3 months for implementing changes
 Work as Reliability Engineer of the department and ensure 85% Daily PR with less than 5% unplanned loss by using UPS and SW tools
 Own making department operating supplies and maintenance and repairing budget, compile and share monthly report with regional team
 Develop and own IWS RTT’s Site Centre Line DMS & Department “(Defect Handling) DMS”
 Qualify Making Department at AM step 3 and own site AM (Autonomous Maintenance) pillar and report monthly result to regional team
 Plan and Execute production enhancement and process improvement project
 Manage capital budget for improvement project and share monthly results with PLT

 Lead vendor evaluation process by categorizing vendors and qualify two new vendors
 Lead price agreements and price revision with vendors
 Worked as local part procurement planner using SAP MM Module
 Worked as process improvement leader at vendors’ site
 Work as window person between vendor and production and logistics
 Review new development and coordinate with DENSO Japan for the information and drawings
 Coordinate with production department regarding demand and develop procurement plan accordingly
