Responsible for the markets development and the enhancement of the distribution channels on the following areas:
- North America

- Middle East & Africa
- Switzerland

I manage the product portfolio, pricing strategy as well as specific promotional activities for each market of which I am responsible.
I worked closely with each customers to reinforce the brand recognition and boost the Clementoni products presence on the assigned markets even collaborating with the trade-marketing department.
I visit periodically the customers to collect feedback from them on market trends, to find out new opportunities and I participate to the international toys exhibition fairs.
I am responsible for the budget definition, sales forecasts and for the monitoring of the sales trend as well as I supervise the commercial back office for the assigned markets
