Development and launch of the new Aluna Resorts concept by Falkensteiner Hotels, by identifying, opening and operating a series of Holiday Resorts around the Mediterranean Sea / Countries over a 5 years period.   Licensing and Permit issues with the Operating Italian partner ( Paradu Tuscany Resorts )  forced the termination of the 7 years Management Contract with Falkensteiner and the closing of the Company

The Renaissance Hotel Roma  –  Febbraio 2010 to Giugno 2014
In charge of coordinating development & construction, and directly responsible for the pre-opening processes of the Renaissance Roma, a 336 rooms 5 star Hotel, with a fully equipped state-of-the-art Conference Center, a large Spa, as well as having extensive indoor and outdoor F&B facilities.

Responsible and accountable for improved Processes leading to Hotels improved KPIs, such as market share, ADR, occupancy levels, RevPAR, operational excellence, increased efficiency and effectiveness, cost reduction, operational synergies.   
Qualitative indicators such as GSI & ESI were also managed.   
Projects were generated at Hotel / City / Area / Region and Division wide (EAME ) level.
All of the above resulting in additional Financial Benefits as measured by incremental GOP.     
Innovation, Blue Ocean strategy, Lean Six Sigma, best practice implementation, were also a vital part of the project Management tasks, using the Six Sigma methodology via a Company Worldwide Intranet system.
