Operation Manager Lucca site From 09/2013 to 06/2016 Responsability and activities: ➢ Head of production unit (7 converting lines) rolls, toilet paper and Kitchen rolls, production department. 160 resources involved, 7 direct report (production and infrastructure). ➢ Legal Employer for the site with all the linked responsibilities in terms of economic and legal feature (high sensibility for safety in workplaces related also with the previous experience) ➢ Direct contact with unions within the site (6 representatives) in order to keep under control the relations and make cultural step change. ➢ Change management : cultural review of the toilet paper department in order to align a new configuration of the asset to the volumes decreasing and keep under control the PCF (product costs fix; - 7 FTEs) ➢ Daily work with DDS method (daily direction setting) in order to optimize the production KPI’s and reach long and term goals (special focus on the unplanned stops of the lines in order to optimize the productivity and reduce the risks) ➢ Work close the planning in order to produce in line with the needs of the market and reduce the stock of the finish good products. ➢ Build in cooperation with finance department the Budget for the site and all the savings programs . HR/ Industrial relations Manager of 2 production units: Lucca 1 (4 paper machines and 1 converting line) & Lucca 2 (6 converting lines) 340 total people. Responsability and activities : ➢ Direct management of the plant resources with reporting directly to the HR Director Italy ➢ Manage industrial relations (internal labor relations in the 2 production sites, territorial organizations; Confederation). Preparation meetings, drafting internal agreements and documentation and drafting text for supplementary agreement c / o Association of Industrialists. ➢ Selecting and adding staff with specific on-boarding plan. ➢ Development and organization of resources in line with the corporate set-Blue Print. Workforce review in line with Blue Print organization and budget. ➢ Project manager new Lucca 1 site organization: create new RST with 2 PM's → 1 team:1 team leader (on going) ➢ Management with Performance Management system ➢ New Job Architecture system introducing ➢ Responsible for Guidelines & Policies for all country Italy and member of the CM (Country Management)
