Manufacturing engineer

Design and manufacturing of cost effective and custom fit hand orthoses using Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and to enable multi material printing (two different materials PLA,TPU) by dual extrusion using the same application. 
Material testing for 3D printed samples using tensile and impact tests are also done to analyse the mechanical properties of the two chosen materials.

Designed factory layout using a tool called Muther’s Systematic  Layout Procedure by locating areas with high frequency and logical relationships  close to each other.
Designed a buffer to balance the production between  Manufacturing and assembly units. 
Also designed and analyzed a frame to carry industrial exhaust cages manufactured by the company from manufacturing unit to painting unit.

Responsible for Molding and Quenching of Hadfield Manganese steel to manufacture Mining equipment especially spare parts for rock crushers.
Also worked as R & D Engineer for the development of high ductile, high strength alloys for use in manufacturing of Mining equipment.
