Office manager/ executive assistant

Responsible for Milan headquarter (Offices and Showroom – 2650 sqm ): management and organization of security, cleanings, safety, helpers, external suppliers and  stock keeper.
Coordination with Store Planning for structural work in the building,  researching suppliers and involving RSPP, landlord and others for having the faster and best result.
Coordination with several Departments as PR, Marketing, VM, Merchandising, Wholesale and Retail for events as Press Presentation, Collection Presentation, Sales campaign, Christmas/Summer event, Sample sales. 
Responsible for building maintenance – collaboration with Procurement Dept. to organize tenders.
Responsible for Heath&Safety trainings.
Car Fleet manager.
