Responsible to manage the Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics (warehouse, planning and material management), Safety Health Environment, Quality, Human Resources, Launch Management, Finance and Production operations.
Evaluating how the business operates and developing strategies to drive competitive advantage through safe and efficient use of resources and implementation of new technologies, systems or processes. Guaranteeing the respect of quality and pharma principles (ISO 9001, GMP) and monitor compliance relating to environmental and worker safety of the establishment. Researching new technologies and alternative methods of production, developing improvement strategies to drive productivity, competitive advantage and increase profitability. Building strong relationships with the Corporate and Business Unit management in order to achieve the country and group goals.
Overseeing the plans, design and maintenance of the manufacturing facility. Managing the operations of all departments in the plant  through first-level managers.
Ensuring production meets the goals of product quality, cost effectiveness, safe conditions and customer satisfaction.
Management of the communication with local authorities.

- Main activities: to plan, organize and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Guarantee the respect of quality and food and baverage regulations (ISO 9001, HACCP). Develop strategy and planning for TPM pillar activities ensuring the correct methodological know-how development and the correct implementation of the projects.
- Main responsibilities: production scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of equipment, quality control, inventory control, implementation and observance to health and safety procedures and coordination of production activities with those of other departments. Ensure that TPM program is developed on time and in the correct way.
