▪	Engineering and EPC project planning and controlling: tasks lists, timelines, resources, budgets and tasks progress monitoring and critical path analysis (PRIMAVERA and MS Project);
▪	Outage/Turnaround planning and controlling.
▪	WBS/CBS definition.
▪	Costs Budgeting, Forecasting (on Monthly/Yearly Basis) and Controlling as per the Corporate Procedure (SAP and OFFICE Tools).
▪	Economical/Financial Analysis of Projects Cost and Deviations between Actual and Forecast (SAP and OFFICE Tools).
▪	Weekly/Monthly Reports about Projects status in terms of Cash flow, Actual costs, activities progress, critical path(SAP and OFFICE Tools).
▪	Technical Project Closing, all GR/ SES entered and approved (SAP and OFFICE Tools).
▪	Vendors accounting controlling and PO managing in SAP.

Main projects type followed: Revamping projects, Licence projects, HSE projects, Plant sections replacement projects, Basic Engineering Package.

Main Revamping / Replacement projects: 
Brindisi: revamping of a PP Plant;
Berre: 1. modification of one boiler in order to maximize gas firing (mainly replacement of burners and burner control modification); 2. replacement of some internals of two turbines to improve the efficiency of the cracked gas  compressor (CGC) and propylene refrigeration compressor (PRC) and a new turbine control system installation.
Botlek: erection of two direct fired steam boilers 
Ferrara: 1. Revamping of the Distillation unit and the installation of a new Neutralization Section, a new Washer and a New Acid Chloride Vessel; 2. Feasibility study for T5 Line Revamping.

Main Licence projects:
ORPIC – A Basic Engineering package related to a 215 Kta Spheripol process PP Plant, in Oman
PETRONAS RAPID – A Basic Engineering package related to 2 PP line (Spherizone & Spheripol) each 450 Kta, in Malaysia.

Main HSE projects:
Ferrara: installation of a Ground Flare that will replace the flare actually in operation.
