It provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the energy and environmental sector, of the key drivers and the intense transformation that it is witnessing;
Focus on management and financial control, business plan and cooperation of the different business units; "Managing technical Assets" path with a focus on the technical and operative management of the assets; Unique experience to sharpen my abilities of team working and leadership within an international environment; As group representative, I confronted my self with the master directors on organizational issues.

I built an overall understanding of the automotive industry;
Due to the influence of the NVH performance on other functions, I had the opportunity to collaborate with different teams;
Cost-Reduction project shared among more departments: I planned, balancing fast change in priorities, scarce resources and strict timing, the whole testing program;
For my team, I conducted complete NVH team by planning and conducting data gathering, processing, anal- ysis and solutions proposals.

In collaboration with Wave Energy Group of IST of Lisbon, I designed, planned and implemented the bench test for the bi-radial turbine used to produce energy from ocean waves by means of OWC technologies;
I autonomously programmed and conducted the experimental aerodynamics tests;
I entirely designed, planned and performed acoustics tests, their analysis and validation;
I used proper algorithms for the cleaning and adaptation of data to allow benchmarking with the competition.
