Purchasing manager

- Handling all product purchases for all product's segment
- Defining 10 segment’s' budget and partnering with the other departments in the company to support the company strategy
- Managing team of 9 people
- Reporting directly to Country Manager for Italian Market and to CEO of Adriatic Cluster
- Defining price strategy ensuring profitability of products portfolio
- Choosing and sourcing new suppliers
- Negotiating new agreements which improved the turnover and decreased logistic costs

- Increasing customer loyalty as company targets
- Achieving sales budget coordinating sales and technical force - Managing workshop's network - Defining together with Commercial Director sales policy and budget
- Supporting sales force on the field
- Defining and selecting suppliers in order to improve quality of product portfolio
