- Supervise the following activities: management control, consolidation, financing and treasury, tax, general and fixed assets accounting, payables accounting, credit control and receivables accounting
- Handle the relationship with banks, auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure reliability of internal and external financial reporting
- Manage budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Oversee procurement of goods and services, legal and IT functions
- Compliance and Ethics Officer, fraud risk coordinator

Within Total Marketing Services, Africa Division (Paris, France):
- Set-up internal and third-party debt and equity financing for 40 African affiliates
- Define and implement a dividend distribution policy, including related foreign exchange risk hedging
- Analyze the monthly treasury reports from affiliates, draft reviews and define action plans
- Financial and accounting management of African holding companies, including relationship with auditors, equity investments monitoring, impairment of equity investments, annual reports and financial statements

Within Total Marketing Services, Aviation Global Business Line (Paris, France):
- Perform all reporting activities for Commercial Aviation in France: analysis of month end results, budget, long term plan and annual forecasting
- Coordinate controlling activities for Commercial Aviation in Europe: Germany, UK, Italy, Benelux, Switzerland
- Set and carry out the price risk hedging policy and report hedging results
- Manage the foreign exchange risk hedging

Within Total Aviazione Italia (Milan, Italy):
- Take part in the setting up of a subsidiary in Italy (headcount of 30)
- Contribute to the implementation of accounting, credit control, management control processes and SAP
- Carry out budget, forecasting and reporting processes
- Responsible for foreign exchange and price risks hedging
- Manage the affiliate’s financing
- Take part in the Cash Management and SEPA projects and supported the treasury department

Within Total Exploration and Production Italy (Milan, Italy):
- Report, analyze and explain monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results to head-office
- Consolidate and prepare the monthly KPI presentations, providing analysis on the Financial Statements of the company (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements by providing support to management in the designing, execution and follow-up of the controls
