Startup of a New Branch Company in Bosnia focused on local for local purchasing activities, loose material management, purchasing orders automation, Lean manufacturing approach for Make to Order products.

• Managing Purchasing activities for Metal, Ropeway, Plastic/Rubber, Substations, PV & Energy-Storage automation projects and systems. Power of attorney 30 k€.
• European Commodity Manager for: motors, large drives (motor control units, cabinets, switchgears), power substations, power transformers, electric and electronic components, metalworks, external labour activities (engineering, assembly, supervisions, startup), new solar products development.
• Direct coordination of a team of 7 people (2 senior project buyers, 4 senior buyers, 1 buyer), 3 people transversal coordination for Commodity activities across European plants.
Global Purchasing activities:
• Part of Global Purchasing Management for Steel and Bearings, mainly tasks: magnetic steel cost reduction, number of suppliers reduction, synergies with other worldwide plants for cost reduction/standardization, benchmark and marketing on purchasing activities.
• Team leader of worldwide purchasing database implementation.
• Weekly reporting and budgeting.

• Global Commodity Specialist for bearings (ball, needle, thrust, magnetic, sleeve), heat exchangers (air/air, air/water), steel (magnetic, hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized), castings (aluminium, grey iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass), extruded aluminium parts (planks and pipes), extruded and/or welded steel and stainless steel pipes, paints, indirect investments (machine tools revamping/put on security, new machine tools, new plant heating system), torquemeters, gearboxes and mechanical accessories
• Global Commodity Specialist for New supplier scouting, auditing and accreditation in Low Cost Countries and Best Cost Countries.
• Monfalcone plant Supplier Quality Assurance
• Reporting & budgeting.
• Outsourcing project for machined casted parts.
• Long term agreements/Contract specialist.
• Purchasing Due Diligence for new shareholders.

• New project management.
• Senior raw material Buyer for plastic resins (PE-Xb, PE-RT, LDPE), aluminium, copper, chemicals (catalysts and glues), machined parts, subassemblies and finished products.
• New suppliers scouting, auditing and accreditation.
• Negotiations, contracts analysis, negotiation and reduction for raw materials, subassemblies and finished products.
• Make or Buy analysis and evaluation.
• Senior buyer for tools and moulded parts.
• Project buyer for thermal solar collectors, photovoltaic systems, manifolds, heating and cooling systems, other renewable energies.
