Senior HR professional
My name is Zuzana Zecikova and even though I was born in Slovakia my career has started and evolved in Prague, Czech Republic where I have been working for past 12 years. In October 2019 I have relocated to Milano due to personal reasons. I am a senior HR professional with great passion for what I do. My experience comes from multinational companies (Red Bull, Mars Inc., British American Tobacco) where the function of human resources was very developed and innovative (Mars University, Amplify Coaching in Red Bull, Leadership Academy etc.). I have both national and regional experience (Central-Northern Europe) and speak fluent English, French and currently taking intensive courses of Italian. Even though my background is rather HR generalist I am also open for opportunities in Learning and Development as this is the area I really enjoy. I believe I could bring added value through valuable insights into what works in the markets and how different tools are perceived by business leaders and managers. I am curious, self driven and very active person. I am searching for challenging and dynamic work environment which supports development of talents and puts significant emphasis on people agenda.
