About the Role.
We are currently looking for a talented Art Director who will support the success of Ferrero products, developing “Above the Line” creative advertising TV campaigns and creative concepts, starting from a brief and following the Executive Creative Directors’ guidelines.
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, directly reporting to the Art Director Supervisor, with the following responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities.
- Generate creative visual executions within the brief perimeter; - Elaborate and create design works such print and poster layouts, tv ideas, creative concepts, digital visual contents; - Meet with Executive Creative Directors and Accounts to discuss the client's requirements and core messages; - Give an active contribution to make junior talents grow; - Share ideas within the team, that may be rejected or developed into workable concepts; - Craft various art and design options, which may be presented to Marketing Depts; - Supervise and lead illustrators to execute storyboards and materials for the researches phases; - Take part in the production phase, liaising with directors, designers, illustrators, printers, photographers, speakers, music providers and production companies; - Take part in advertising workshops and national/international events proposed by the Executive Creative Directors; - Deepen popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques; - Deepen the knowledge of Ferrero products, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
Who we are looking for.
Profile Master’s degree in Arts, Communication, Graphic Design or related fields; 4-7 years of experience in Advertising, with focus on TV; Ability of thinking creatively and visually, conceiving engaging ideas and translating them in pieces of advertising, fulfilling the brief expectations; Experience in creative crafting and visual thinking; Passion for art direction and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals; Confidence to present creative and unique ideas and sell them to peers and clients; Digital/social user; Team working and Problem solving skills; Time management and ability to meet deadlines; Proactivity, Flexibility, Project management, Negotiation & Presentation skills; Organizational capabilities; Self-motivated and Detail-oriented; Full availability for business trips; Willing to relocate in Italy and in other Countries.
Languages.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Any other additional languages are considered as a plus; IT skills.
Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
