Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible! Your role We are seeking a Botique Costumer Support Intern who will join the team in our Operations HQ of Agordo.
Boutique is EssilorLuxottica’s division dedicated to managing eyewear sales for our Licensing Partners—prestigious, high-end brands that embody excellence in the world of luxury and fashion.
The division has recently achieved one of the highest growth rates within our Group, marked by a significant increase in both revenue and shipment volumes.
This rapid expansion brings exciting challenges as we work to uphold and elevate our standards of operational excellence.
In this context, the Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in sustaining and accelerating this momentum.
As a member of the Sales Operations team within the Boutique Division, you will support key commercial and operational activities related to our Licensing Partners.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Planning, Logistic, Industrial, and Brand & Product to ensure seamless and efficient execution across the value chain.
Main responsibilities.
End-to-End Order Management (from order placement to delivery in store/DC) Business and performance Monitoring and KPI Tracking (periodical analytics in order to monitor business trends by brands/channels and to spot missed opportunities) Project Management for Operational Excellence Customer request management (many different daily requests from our partners depending on the business momentum and business needs; eg.
orders follow up, special activities in stores, mktg campaigns support with products management, etc…) Main Requirements.
Educational background in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering Degree You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You are a team player You are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic life You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel and Access addict You are fluent in English and Italian What’s in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
