Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa structure technique, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de support technique avant/après-vente pour suivre le marché francophone.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, le/la candidat(e) aura pour missions.
Gérer les problématiques, demandes et actions de support via des activités de dépannage (troubleshooting) et dâanalyse des données transmises; Communiquer avec les clients et identifier les problèmes, en assurant une coordination rapide avec les différentes divisions de lâentreprise; Fournir une assistance et un support technico-commercial aux clients, distributeurs et forces de vente internes; Participer à des salons et événements; Animer des formations et/ou séminaires techniques à destination des distributeurs sur les produits, systèmes et solutions.
Profil recherché.
Diplôme à orientation technique; Maîtrise courante du français; Expérience dâau moins un an dans un poste similaire au sein dâune entreprise proposant des produits techniques.
Qualités requises.
Bon esprit dâéquipe et aisance relationnelle; Esprit dâinitiative; Rigueur, précision et flexibilité; Capacités dâanalyse et de résolution de problèmes.
