We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will become a strategic reference point for our customers.
This role offers an opportunity for you to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and data analysis.
You will ensure that our customers possess the correct product knowledge and the support needed to achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties Follow customer onboarding and product training.
Execute and follow planned actions on customers to ensure they use the product and understand its value.
Focus on destinations and location intelligence customers.
Respond promptly to customer support requests with the Tech Team if necessary.
Provide support for the transition of prospects into active users, often acting as an intermediary with other departments within the company, such as Sales and Product/ Tech teams.
Qualifications Bachelor and/or Master in Economics or similar At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or other similar CS role Knowledge of CRM or other ticketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Proven aptitude and experience in data collection, analysis and interpretation Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, in particular Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Excellent understanding of Italian and English language (any other language is a plus) Experience in Saas companies is a plus Familiarity with the Tourism sector/destinations is a plus
