The Global Omnichannel Performance Project Manager supports the proposal and definition of new business solutions with the goal of continuously improving and enabling Client Advisors and Store Management teams, supporting the achievement of targets and customer experience.
The perimeter of responsibility is the full Retail ecosystem (Full Price, Outlet, Travel Retail), plus a point of coordination and direction for other channels (Gucci 9, gucci.
om) and external stakeholders.
They are responsible for driving, coordinating, and ensuring effective contributions from all the support functions to ensure proper and timely implementation.
Job Description Key Accountabilities Business needs collection and definition; Project presentation ensuring an effectively buy-in of the main stakeholder and end-users; Propose new ideas and suggest new business solutions for both short and long term; Collaborate in the implementation of new initiatives and/or projects at regional and global level; Lead the implementation of key business tool designed for Client Advisors and Store manager, being the main point of reference from Global side; Collaborate in planning and prioritizing the functionalities, and follow the project schedule Job Requirements University degree At least 4 years of experience in a similar role Previous fashion retail experience and passion for retail dynamics and processes; Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluency in English required Strong interpersonal, communication skills Detail oriented with strong project management/organization skills Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude Teamwork approach critical - role requires ability to build strong relationships with functional team partners Ability to work in fast paced environment; Experience working in multicultural environments Availability for travelling Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
