Context and purpose of the job Within the Sales Department of our Armani Exchange brand, you will join the Customer Service Team, providing our clients with efficient, tailor-made support and promoting a customer-centric approach.
As part of an international company, you will collaborate with different countries and markets, enhancing your commercial skills and using both Italian and English.
Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing efficient assistance, especially in handling returns and merchandise exchanges Collaborate with the Finance and Logistics departments to ensure payment terms and shipping deadlines are met Work closely with sales teams to ensure optimal client management Manage the order entry system.
monitor your client portfolio and generate orders for the production company Verify price lists, sales agreements, discounts, returns, and commissions Prepare reports and share them with your manager Support sales agents by sending samples and sales guidelines Requirements Must have skills One year of experience in similar roles Fluent knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken) Knowledge of Excel Good communication and commercial skills Nice to have skills Knowledge of SAP Fluency in any additional language is a plus Degree in Languages We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal.
