LOGISTIC SUPPORT TRAINEE

This is a very exciting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or recent graduate who is willing to take on a 6-month experience and be part of our team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES.
Perform detailed checks of all invoices related to courier and 3PL (third-party logistics) services.
Identify discrepancies, incorrect charges, or billing patterns not aligned with actual services rendered.
Collect and organize historical invoice data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
Develop and propose methodologies for systematic invoice control and validation.
Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the definition of a process that could later be internalized within the existing organization.
SKILLS.
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistic or related field.
Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Good Knowledge of written/spoken English is required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
