om Join us as a Merchant Customer Care Intern What you will be doing Help our Merchant base in being always ready to accept Satispay! The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where you will take part in the Merchant Support Team and you will support the Satispay Group in activities such as.
Give service activation support by inbound and outbound calls Manage large amounts of incoming tickets Contribute to organizing all orders for in-store visibility materials shipping (every new shop must receive our welcome kit within a few days from activation) Collaborate with other internal teams such as compliance, business development, and account management, to ensure the best possible activation of our merchants Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues Collect and share merchant insights with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams What we need We’re looking to attract talented professionals who share our passion for Satispay’s opportunity, the belief that people's experience builds healthy enduring companies and positively impacts people’s lives.
