PROJECT LEAD

We are looking for a Project Lead to join our PMO Department.
Role Purpose.
Define the project management process to be applied to the project in accordance with Quality Procedure and Company Guidelines.
Supported by the Program Manager, establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
In accordance with Functional Managers, select the appropriate team members.
Supported by the Program Manager, handle resourcing issues.
Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan.
Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities.
Drive ownership Analyze risks and promote avoidance activities.
Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective actions.
Track and report on progress to plan.
Provide status, escalate decisions and request input to the Program Manager and the Upper Management.
Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
Coordinate all project gate review.
Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
Initiate Phase Reviews if any changes is needed in the objectives.
Manage change to preserve business plan commitments.
Negotiate the performance of activities with project team members and their managers.
Coordinate management and technical decisions.
Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
Job Requirements.
Bachelor degree required.
Master degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the medical device industry or highly regulated industry.
Experience of Project Management for SW related projects is preferred.
Proficient communication in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to engage, lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork.
Ability to communicate effectively with Upper Management, and a clear vision of what determines a successful project outcome for the Company.
Technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and technical issues associated with the product, in order to be able to anticipate and identify critical technical obstacles, and to make accurate decisions.
Ability to manage project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
He/She must be able to manage changes and take active leadership in timely decision making.
About MMI MMI is dedicated to improving reconstructive options for surgeons and patients and has developed the first teleoperated robotic platform for open microsurgery.
It offers the surgeon motion scaling and tremor elimination and aims to facilitate existing procedures as well as enable new ones in the domain of microsurgery, from post-oncological and trauma reconstructions to ophthalmology, organ transplantation and pediatric surgery.
