Mass Transit activity represent around 30% of the Gunnebo Entrance Control activity of which ground transportation solution represent 70%.
roject size go from 300k€ to 10m€ with average project in the regions of 3m€.
he Mass Transit team is managing 30 to 40 pre-bidding projects at any one time requiring ad-hoc support to the Business development team.
Typically, the Ground Transportation Project Team will be working on 5 active bidding processes and 5 active deployments at any one time.
bout The RoleThe Mass Transit projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Manager to support its expansion in the Mass Transit passenger processing solutions.
The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.
They will work closely with Multiple Stakeholders, internal and external, in a successful delivery of projects, on time, within budget and with required quality.
The Projects they will be involved with will be in different time zones and local teams from many different cultures.
The Project Manager will also be required to support some large projects in bidding phase where there is a requirement of interacting with 3rd party System integrators defining solution for particular clients.
There will also be global travel required for this role dependent on requirements.

Part of the Mass Transit Project Team (Airport & Metro) for Gunnebo Entrance Control Division.
hat You Will Do·         Manage Multiple Internal & External Stakeholders in global projects.·         Work closely with Engineering teams in certain projects which are highly customized.·         Work closely with Factory and Customer services to align on project HW delivery timescales.·         Communicate with external customers/System integrators regarding project Schedules.

ssential-       Experience in a B to B business model-       Strong communication skills and adaptability to situations-       Extensive experience in project management for large and complex projects involving integration of Hardware in IT environment-       Capacity to drive and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders-       Capacity to design optimal solutions taking into account ROI and limitations of each parties + risk assessment-       Capacity to elaborate and structure comprehensive documentation.-       Capacity to present in an analytical way complex hardware integrated systems.-       Presentation skills-       Highly Structured and organized-       PMP or Prince2 certification-       Multi-tasking-       English fluentDesirable-       Previous experience in project management of integration projects within Mass Transit  Environnent (Airports, Metro, Intelligent Transportation, Fare Collection…)-       Issue resolution.
