This role would be a great fit for someone looking to understand every area of a business and develop on the path of a COO. The role is charged with project planning and management across functions relating to the growth of the firm. This requires detail-orientation and follow-through. This role will have significant responsibility for the road map and ensuring that the firm follows that road map to success. Tools and Dashboards Development: assist in developing key dashboards, SOPs, and tools to enhance team behaviour and drive system usage. Publish newsletters and announcements on FBT updates. Internal Updates and Reporting: provide regular updates internally to the progress of the lead/funnels and potential trends/forecasts at the Business Developer, Agent, Regional, and Program level. This may involve developing funnel views and metrics to help drive Business Development discussions, and writing documents outline key strategy or business updates. Sales Operations - Target setting, projections, and monitoring. Business Operations – Helping the CIRO to work past blockers in the business wherever you find them and supporting marketing and business development as they steer the growth of the company. People Operations – Maintaining the onboarding program, helping lead on planning and execution of digital and in-person corporate events. In brief, you’ll do whatever is needed to support the department’s success as we grow. Excellent project management competencies including a proven track record of successful operational projects. Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format. Excellent ability to influence key stakeholders, work cross-functionally and autonomously. Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, taking ownership for business problems, and using data to create lasting solutions. Experience working in an agile environment. Experience within a consultancy, or a high growth build environment Proven track record, owning and delivering high impact projects successfully.
