Position Summary 1.
Crear un entorno empresarial transparente implantando medidas de prevención de la recurrencia de incidentes del mismo tipo o similares con el fin de prevenir anticipadamente la corrupción empresarial.

Analizar la gestión deficiente o ineficaz, los principales motivos del bajo rendimiento y los posibles riesgos y establecer medidas de mejora para impulsar la competitividad de la empresa.
Role and Responsibilities Internship Purpose Risk Management has been created within SEI in order to significantly reinforce the capability of the Subsidiary to identify and highlight the potential risk areas for the Company/business, propose relevant corrective actions and implement the remediation plans, through the effective guidance of involved Functions.
The function has been also created in order to activate and / or take part to any Internal Audit initiative aimed at taking under control the internal processes and procedures.
We are therefore looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Company Compliance Support (Intern) to join our Risk & Compliance Team.
Key Responsibilities.
Support Risk & Company Compliance team in the execution below activities.
Support in defining together with the concerned Divisions, the corrective actions necessary to better align the managed activities to the internal processes and guidelines to ensure that the defined plans and corrective actions are developed in a consistent way; Support in managing GPPM (process and standard definition), process checking, approval path checking, modification, standard definition and training; Support in managing ISO quality certification management and prepare internal departments involved in the quality audit; Support in ensuring periodic monitoring of all most relevant processes and procedures within SEI, through the direct and regular contact with HoDs, providing assistance and support during the periodic self-risk assessment; Support in the implementation of compliance training and awareness initiatives; Collaboration with cross functional teams on risk and compliance related projects; Support in assisting and supporting the Internal Audit & HQs’ audit.
What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes Master’s Degree (required) in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, time management skills Ability to effectively work with new and changing environments High attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent verbal & written communication in English Proficiency in MS Office Proactive mindset and willingness to learn What We Offer 6-month internship, with the possibility to extend by an additional 6 months to consolidate competences and experience gained.
