KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Project Management.
Events/Hospital Meetings/Workshops/Trainings Planning Scientific Marketing and Communication for Italy Responsibilities.
Accountable for coordination of the operational management of assigned projects to develop the scientific programs in line with Company goals.
Creates, optimizes, and drives structured schedules and project plans.
Sets and meets deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing conditions.
Represents the company as core team member in the cross-functional program teams.
Collaborates across all the functional areas (R&D, Marketing, QA/QC, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Service and others) necessary to insure successful project completion and delivery.
Anticipates, identifies, documents and manages key project risks; proposes and drives appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Manages risk assessment and mitigation process for assigned projects.
Prepares project dashboards and communicates progress clearly across organizational boundaries.
Leads teams (Agents and Distributors) to define and prioritize scope, objectives, and requirements.
Assists Core Team Members in resolving extended team and functional issues.
Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
Assist the sales force in the presentation of studies, product presentations, trainings, Workshops and Events aimed at scientific information.
Ability to effectively and scientifically communicate product differences, strengths and appropriateness in using a specific product Requirements.
Degree in Life Sciences (biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
