SR PROJECT MANAGER

Description Experience:  Depth of Experience.
5-7+ years of progressively responsible project/program management experience in the technology domain, preferably managing large-scale, high-impact programs.
Complex Project Management.
Experience managing complex, multi-phase programs with interdependent projects.
Strategy Development.
Ability to contribute to high-level strategy by advising on program portfolios and aligning them with organizational goals and technological innovations.
Partnering with executive leadership to set and achieve strategic objectives.
Advanced Project Management Skills:  Higher-level proficiency with advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.).
Familiarity with modern program management software tools, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
Cross-functional Leadership:  Leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at a senior level.
Managing senior stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.
Change Management:  In-depth understanding of change management frameworks to ensure seamless transitions during program rollouts.
Assist in change management strategies that promote adoption and business readiness across technology and non-technical teams.
Technical Acumen.
Familiarity with technical systems, architecture, and development principles to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Ability to translate technical issues into business implications and vice versa.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
