We are now looking for a new Suppliers Qualification Systems Support in Milano Italy ! Please be aware that this is a temporary position! What kind of work will you be doing Based on list of existing open positions with defined priorities and in coordination with process owner.
Communicate with customer reference person/office via phone/email/legal mail/portal interface in order to have the new qualification position opened for Vertiv Italia Srl.
Collect updated data and information from shared repository.
Retrieve missing information.
Upload or transfer updated qualification data to customers by required means.
Assure qualification process is completed by soliciting and by managing exceptions and request for clarifications received from customers.
Update qualification reference database for Vertiv Italy Srl.
Promptly manage urgent situations related by commercial or operational needs for qualification.

Intermediate English skills (doc management/internal communication) Technical / Functional skills Good Microsoft Office tools.
Management of on-line portals.
Attitudes/Experiences Good administrative / office management skills.
Attitude to work as part of a team Communication and organizational skills.
Ability to positively interact with Customers all the levels of the Company organization and outside bodies/authorities.
Legal/Contractual education/experience is a plus.
