National and International sales actions for all Properties of the Russotti Gestioni Hotels Spa. Principal focus on Hilton Branded Hotel as Hilton Company Representative till September 2017, after I was moved on Marriott Branded properties as reorganization of sales department. Participation to International Fairs Leisure and MICE, tradeshows and chain sales calls and special events. Organization of National and International Sales calls actions for all properties and brands part of Russotti Group. Segments: Leisure, Mice, Airlines and Corporates IBT. From March 2016, responsibility of the sales office in Milan with a Sales executive and a Sales Agent as coordinator (organization, weekly planning...). Direct reporting to Directors Of Sales and Commercial Director. Activity as Manager on Duty in according with HR dept.

Management of Varese Convention & Visitors Bureau office finalized to Sale of the entire destination of Varese and Province. Sale of all associated (actually 90 including 4-3-2 stars Hotels, Historical and modern Congress Destinations, B&B, Farms Holiday, Restaurants, Travel Agencies, Transportations Companies). Creation of new programs in Leisure and Business Area in according with the President, the Board of Directors (representation of principal territorial associations like Federalberghi, Confcommercio, Confesercenti, Coldiretti, Confartigianato, API Associazione Piccole Imprese) and with our principal partner: Chamber of Commerce of Varese. Direct Relations with Public Institutions (local, national and International) and Customers. Management of Sales Dept. (also Web), Management of Human Resources, Financial and Accounting Dept. Development of numerous Interreg programs and direct participations. Participation to most important fair exhibitions also in different market but always with tourism goals: IMEXFrankfϋrt, BTC, No-Frills, TTI-TTG, Meeting-time, INTERMOT Kölne and participation to different Work-shops national and International. Organization of Events, Congress and Educationals

Experience splitted in two periods. From October 2012 second experience in this property: Re-opening and start-up activities. Creation of Sales Office its new portfolio and creation of Sales & Marketing Plan.
