I am the head of a team of 10 sales, specialized in consulting and selling digital communication services.
My responsibilities include:
-definition of sales targets;
-definition of market penetration strategies;
-management of suppliers involved in generating leads;
-training and support of the sales force.

I manage a team of 6 people involved in defining customers' digital communication strategies.
For each client, the team analyzes the needs and potential of communication and
subsequently it proposes a strategy in order to accompany each client towards a path of digital transformation.
I oversee the proposals and the commercial evaluations and follow the performance updates, sharing them with the customers.
I Participate in defining the business strategies of Key-one.
